摘要: Dentinogenesis imperfecta (DI) associated with osteogenesis (OI) is a genetic disorder that affects the connective tissues and results in dentine dysplasia. This case report discusses systemic dental manifestations of OI DI 4-year-old child, moderate presentation both disorders, who was treated at King Fahd Military Medical Complex Dhahran. Dental treatment included use strip stainless-steel crowns under local anesthesia, as well behavior modification techniques. Rigorous home care instructions, including reinforcement oral hygiene practice avoidance any episode may lead to bone fracture, were discussed parents. The reevaluated 3-month follow-up visits, wherein medical histories updated, child’s growth monitored, periodic clinical radiographic examinations performed, evaluated via debris index score caries risk assessment. Further permanent dentition be needed future.
