摘要: As2S3 is playing an important role in the treatment and research for human cancer, but many limitations exist because of its form. We studied preparation method nanoparticles, a completely new form medicine containing arsenic explored their antitumor effect. nanoparticles were prepared chemically characterized by Transmission electron microscope energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS). Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay, flow cytometry optical electric microscopes performed to examine effect on liver cancer SMMC-7721 cells, compared with that traditional at various concentrations. Average diameter As2S33 was 80 nm. EDS identified they no other components. greatly inhibited proliferation cells apoptosis, concentration- time-dependent manner. The cell survival ratio groups much lower than same concentration incubation time (p < 0.001), apoptotic rate significantly higher. Thus, can produce better As2S3.
