摘要: Background Microglial activations have been described in different subtypes of human prion diseases such as sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), variant CJD, Kuru and Gerstmann-Straussler-Scheinker (GSS). However, the situation microglia other genetic fatal familial insomnia (FFI) CJD remains less understood. The brain was evaluated comparatively between FFI, G114V sCJD cases study.
