摘要: This paper deals with the networking at local level for e-government policies. Focusing on case of partnership in County Surrey United Kingdom, I analyse characteristics and development through time activity, using theoretical framework provided by literature policy networks. By analysing data collected from primary sources, including focused interviews, show changes occurred policy, point out some independent variables explaining them. conclude suggesting new directions research topic.
