The digital divide and the quality of electronic service delivery in local government in the United Kingdom

摘要: Abstract This study examines the relationship between quality of electronic service delivery (ESD) and levels Internet access across 12 official regions United Kingdom. A random sample 236 local government websites was assessed for ESD. The results indicate that in contrast to high household access, low significantly poorer terms information content relatively limited range e-enabled services. policy implications findings are discussed.
