摘要: Abstract Under exposure to laser or ion beams, polyimide undergoes a dissociation of its polymeric structure which leads the formation new carbonaceous material exhibiting enhanced electrical conductivity. Infrared absorption shows that bonds link heterocycles and aromatic cycles are first broken. The highly conductive phases is attributed condensation cycles. Comparison done between beam irradiation.
