摘要: Resume L'epuration extrarenale (EER) necessite une anticoagulation afin de prevenir les risques coagulation du circuit. Les thromboses repetees circuit d'EER engendrent augmentation des couts, la charge en soins et besoins transfusionnels. L'heparine peut induire un risque hemorragique important. Ce a motive le developpement techniques alternatives telles que reduction doses d'heparine, l'association heparine–protamine, heparines bas poids moleculaire, prostacycline, l'anticoagulation regionale au citrate. Le but cet article est presenter revue differentes possibilites d'anticoagulation epuration extrarenale.
