摘要: Amplification of the N-myc oncogene in human neuroblastoma is associated with increased metastatic ability. We previously found that over-expression rat tumor cells causes a dramatic reduction expression MHC class I mRNA. show here two distinct elements promoter render genes susceptible to N-myc-mediated suppression, one which was identified as gene enhancer. Our data indicate elevated reduced binding transcription factor activates this As result, activity enhancer greatly diminished. Elevated neuroblastomas and murine pre-B lymphoid lines also correlated Thus, an important effect may be impair function certain cellular enhancers by altering levels their cognate proteins.
