摘要: Water-saving irrigation behavior (WSIB) is important for sustainable economic and social development in river basins promoted by improving water-saving awareness. Understanding the factors of WSIB could facilitate water demand management information campaigns. Using theory planned behavior, this paper analyzes influence subjective attitude, perceived behavioral control norms on intention final with a structural equation model (SEM). Moreover, comparative study upper, middle lower reaches basin also carried out to examine regional differences. A survey 546 rural residents Heihe River Basin (HRB), which located northwest China, shows that (1) expectations have significant impact upstream areas, positive effects reaches; (2) transformation awareness into slow non-significant all mainly hindered expected benefits; (3) family experiences networks promote midstream downstream areas. Compared reaches, historical experience has no obvious effect upper reaches. These findings highlight policies strengthen interests increase WSIB; public neighborhood interaction, setting good examples farmer participation relevant decision-making.
