摘要: Anaplasma phagocytophilum (formerly Ehrlichia phagocytophila, equi and phagocytophila) is the causative agent of granulocytic ehrlichiosis (anaplasmosis) in humans, horses, sheep, cattle, dogs cats. In present study, 452 European sheep ticks (Ixodes ricinus) collected from 100 red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) Hungary were tested for pathogen, as 112 pools each containing five or fewer one fox. Six pools, representing six different foxes, found infected PCR-based test employed. This first time that A. has been reported Hungary. A summary information available Central Eastern Europe on prevalence ticks, its seroprevalence number human cases known region presented.
