摘要: Surface dielectric barrier discharges (SDBDs) have prospects for a wide variety of applications in the field flow control. In order to study characteristics SDBDs excited using microsecond pulses, compact microsecond-pulse generator with square pulses is developed and tested. The output voltage has amplitudes $0\sim 10$ kV, pulse repetition rates $1\sim 5$ kHz, pulsewidths $5\sim 30~\mu \text{s}$ . rise time 120 ns fall 12 $\mu Moreover, working principle main circuit drive introduced. tested without load. results show that pulsed stable can effectively synchronously trigger IGBT switches. Furthermore, effects parameters on are investigated. experimental discharge currents occur both voltage. mainly occurs at time, current increases amplitude. pulsewidth rate little influence current.
