摘要: In past decades, ecological services and functions of alpine grassland in the Three-River Headwater Region (TRHR), Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, have been severely degraded due to overgrazing overuse yak dung as a fuel. Therefore, eco-migration project has implemented by national government for improving eco-environmental quality this region. This paper examines carbon cycle change from clean energy use households assesses its influence on local ecosystem. Based data household fuels questionnaire surveys statistical yearbooks, we calculated emission benefits using energies. The results showed that total process Net Primary Productivity (NPP) ecosystem fuel decreases sharply, is approximate 6% NPP. Reducing no significant emission, but improves ecosystem, because it very important part cycle. With most abundant solar resources China, region should make full advantage service values making more returns grassland. conclusion, policy (CEP) can effectively improve TRHR.
