摘要: The incidence and severity of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after allogeneic transplantation using peripheral blood progenitor cells mobilized by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) appear to be no worse than those bone marrow transplantation, despite the presence large numbers T in donor infusion. Experimental studies have shown that type-1 (secreting interleukin-2 [IL-2] interferon-gamma) mediate GVHD, whereas type-2 IL-4 IL-10) can prevent GVHD. We tested hypothesis G-CSF modulates T-cell function toward a response thus reduces B6 mice were injected with or diluent for 4 days, their splenic stimulated vitro alloantigen mitogen absence G-CSF. from G-CSF-treated showed significant increase production, simultaneous decrease IL-2 interferon-gamma production both stimuli. also examined effect pretreatment donors GVHD model (B6-->B6D2F1). Survival was significantly improved recipients donors. Concanavalin-A-induced cytokine at day 13 an along IFN-gamma splenocytes cells. These data show polarizes cytokines, which is associated reduced
