摘要: Blood-compatible hollow fibers were successfully prepared from a polymer alloy composed of polysulfone (PSf) and the 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) polymer. To improve hydrophilicity, fouling-resistance characteristics, blood compatibility PSf fiber in hemodialyzer, an MPC that can be blended with was synthesized order to prepare (PSf/MPC polymer). The contents 7 15 wt%. PSf/MPC could by both wet dry-wet processing methods. took asymmetric structure, is, hollow-fiber membrane had dense skin layer on porous sponge-like structure. mechanical strength higher than conventional for hemodialysis. surface characterization x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed units concentrated at surface. permeability solutes through measured 4 h. permeabilities low-molecular-weight compound protein greater those fibers. amount adsorbed lower when compared fiber. Moreover, platelet adhesion also effectively inhibited Based these results, addition is very useful method functions
