摘要: The paper describes the quantification of negative impacts assembly processes on stator core properties fractional kilowatt motors. considered motor powers are in range 100–500 W. In this context, authors deal with effects technology (i.e., clamping, and welding), punching process, pressing into housing. deterioration magnetic is reflected performance, such as current consumption efficiency. conducted both experimental activities 2-D/3-D FEM simulations, necessary to determine three factors merits. These proposed aim at quantifying processes. obtained results critically discussed compared those reported other research works.
