摘要: Abstract A simple transistorised time-to-amplitude converter is described along with the transistorized double coincidence unit. This based on pulse overlap principle and specially suitable for positron lifetime measurements in non-metallic solids. It has a high time resolution ( W 1 2 =0.402±0.032 nsec using upper 25% of 60Co γ-energy spectra) overall linearity 20 logarithmic slope 0.078 nsec. may be adopted work other relevant fields besides positronium measurements.
