摘要: The present work proposes a siting process for the detection of suitable site wave energy exploitation. choice is based on good agreement between availability, environmental sustainability, and equipped facilities to exploit energy. case study in northern Latium coast explicative because this area there are several activities that affect marine ecosystems, introduction renewable energies promote reduction anthropic pressures. nearshore power studied through numerical model (CMS-Wave), available buoys along were used compare results. In correspondence with Civitavecchia harbour, largest was found; large depth front breakwater allows conserve great part offshore power, an average dissipation rate 10 % less than offshore, mean annual 25.4 MWh/m seasonal fluctuation 5.4 MWh/m. This appears be optimal shoreline device tests installations, availability (intermediate level respect Mediterreanean Sea), low potential impact, easier accessibility, policy oriented towards larger sustainability harbour activities.
