摘要: Timely and synchronized phasor data at high resolutions holds great promise for more responsible advanced power grid operations. It is expected that combined effort of developing new application paradigms the supporting Information Communication Technology (ICT) will enable miracle “Smart Grid” transmission level. This paper addresses design ICT system Wide Area Monitoring Control applications from performance perspective. The major contribution distinguishes this previous research efforts in same area study quantifies end-to-end delay with consideration different levels concentrations. analysis performed not limited to caused by individual components but also provides means view analyze entire system. Moreover, quantified results drawn potentially provide valuable input discussion on coming standards measurements.
