摘要: The strain on modern electrical power system operation has led to an ever increasing utilization of new Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems enhance the reliability and efficiency grid operation. Among all "ICT-intensive" Smart Grid applications, PMU data improve damping for inter-area oscillations attracted many attentions. There are a multitude research initiatives in both academia industry, however, number actual implementations is rather limited.
