摘要: The strain on modern electrical power system operation has led to an ever increasing utilization of new Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems enhance the reliability and efficiency grid operation. Among all "ICT-intensive" Smart Grid applications, PMU data improve damping for inter-area oscillations attracted many attentions. There are a multitude research initiatives in both academia industry, however, number actual implementations is rather limited. One major obstacles quality issues, e.g., delay, packet loss disorder, etc., incurred process communication. Furthermore, validation networked control as such requires tools that able incorporate models physical cyber systems. purpose this paper report recent efforts profiling communication delay patterns their applications design PMU-based In addition, concise literature review emerging topic developing cyber-physical simulation platforms also included paper.
