摘要: The incidence of Salmonella in 60 samples poultry products national origin available for consumers obtained from two local butcher shops and one canteen the city Porto susceptibility to antimicrobial agents allowed human or animal therapy were evaluated. results show that are frequently contaminated with (60%), belonging 10 different serotypes. enteritidis S. hadar most prevalent In addition, a high number (75%) isolates was resistant more eight resistance profiles recorded. Resistance nalidixic acid enrofloxacin demonstrated 50% occurrence multiresistant less frequent than hadar. This study suggests on Portuguese shows they could be potential vehicle foodborne infections.
