摘要: A system and method for determining applying characterization correlation curves aging effects on an organic light emitting device (OLED) based pixel is disclosed. first stress condition applied to a reference having drive transistor OLED. An output voltage current measured periodically determine electrical characteristic of the under predetermined condition. The luminance optical pixel. curve corresponding including determined stored.
