摘要: Development of efficient ethanol washing technology to remove acid and ash in precipitated sunflower pectin gels is highly desirable industrial production. A seven-stage, countercurrent process was developed which the neutralized between each stage. Ethanol from final stage could be recovered by standard distillation methods used again. This significantly reduced quantity used, compared a batch using fresh for step. The composition, color, gelling characteristics washed this were determined with those obtained step commercial citrus pectin. good quality.
