摘要: A one-pot route has been developed for the preparation of bovine serum albumin-templated nickel-doped bimetallic gold-nickel nanoclusters (BSA-Au-Ni NCs) at a 10:1 M ratio precursor salts in BSA matrix under alkaline conditions. The metal ions are reduced to alloys by BSA. resulting NCs display strong fluorescence and dual emission with peaks 405 640 nm, respectively, excitation 340 nm. Fluorescence is strongly enhanced on addition Cd(II) ions, but quenched Hg(II) ions. findings have exploited design fluorometric method separate determination Hg(II), respectively. optimized analytical nanosystem displays relatively good dynamics between enhancement quenching. can be quantified 0 200 nM 24 μM, limits detection ~1.8 both cases, which indicates highest sensitivity fluorescent probe. This new kind nanocrystal probe hardly interfered range commonly encountered Its advantages were demonstrated determining spiked samples.
