摘要: This paper both describes a multi-mode modulator for cellular 2.5, 3 and 4G applications transmitter connectivity standards like Bluetooth (BT), Zigbee WLAN. Both transmitters are implemented in deep submicron CMOS technology demonstrate the use of digital techniques innovative analogue circuit topologies obtaining high efficiency excellent performance. The two have different architectures as their target impose performance requirements.
