摘要: During the germination of barley, epidermal cells scutellum detach themselves from one another and grow to twice their former length. Aleuron proteins are dissolved in first 3–4 days subsequently lipid contents spherosomes digested. This coincides with development temporarily increased activity all metabolic organelles, viz. endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, dictyosomes (Golgi apparatus) leucoplasts. After ten aqueous vacuoles have developed. After 21 cell organelles smaller fewer, though some still present.
