摘要: This paper introduces an open, interoperable, and cloud-computing-based citizen engagement platform for the management of administrative processes public administrations, which also increases citizens. The is outcome a 3-year Italian national project called PRISMA (Interoperable cloud platforms smart government; http://www.ponsmartcities-prisma.it/). aim to constitute new model digital ecosystem that can support enable methods interaction among citizens, companies, other stakeholders surrounding cities. has been defined by media as flexible (enable addition any kind application or service) open access services) “cloud” allows administrations vast knowledge base represented linked data be reused stakeholder community with developing applications (“Cloud Apps”) tailored specific needs used Catania Syracuse municipalities, two main cities southern Italy, located in Sicilian region. fully adoption rapidly spreading around whole region (local developers have already available programming interfaces (APIs) create additional services citizens administrations) such extent provinces Sicily Italy general expressed their interest its usage. online and, mentioned above, source provides APIs full exploitation.
