摘要: Previous studies agree that the association of HLA-B 13, B17 and B37 with psoriasis is significant in caucasoid populations [2-5] this most marked psoriatic patients an early age disease onset [2, 4]. Recently HLA-Cw6 was reported as significantly associated vulgaris [2]. The present study performed order to determine incidence presence onset. Seventy-seven including different clinical types (eruptive type, plaque seborrhoic psoriasis) were studied. Patients postular those exhibiting signs or symptoms arthropathy excluded. selected for according their onset: Group I consisted 57 (age between 10 20 years), group II 35 45 years). Tissue typing HLA-B13, B17, Cw6 using NIH standard microlymphocytotoxicity assay [1]. Statistical analyses done z/-test (with Yates' correction if one figures < 5). relative risk calculated Woolf [6]. 63/77 found carry at least HLA-antigens investigated. data obtained compared healthy control individuals. carriers higher patients. occur - though not statistically frequent when other HLA Table 2 demonstrates phenotype frequency 4 B 13 increased comparison II, while frequencies 17 showed no difference.
