摘要: OBJECTIVES To investigate the role of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) in susceptibility to psoriasis vulgaris Northeast region Turkey and contribute data related HLA psoriasis. METHODS The study included 72 unrelated psoriatic patients (43 men 29 women; aged 11-76 years) admitted Dermatology Department, University Research Hospital, Erzurum, between April 2002 November 2003. We studied distribution class I II antigens with psoriasis: were divided into 2 groups according onset before age 40 years family history (type I) after without II). The analyzed using PCR-SSP method 104 controls. RESULTS We found an increase HLA-A*30 A*68, B*7, B*13, B*57, Cw6, DRB1*07 compared controls. As we type control group, Cw6 alleles more significant psoriasis. Our represented a association HLA-B*13. CONCLUSIONS Our findings along previous studies on from different racial showed that HLA-B*57 are associated disease.
