摘要: A method for collecting communication information, a test and network device are disclosed. The information includes: presetting command diagnostic about voice quality, obtaining Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) signals; judging whether the DTMF signals match preset according to if determining that command. is also provided, and, accordingly, provided. Through technical solution under present invention, collected quickly after quality problem occurs.
