摘要: Yield amount, maturity stage, morphological as well biological properties of carrot roots are cultivar-dependent. In 2007-2009, field experiments involving foliar fertilization with magnesium sulphate (acrid salts) on yield and selected constituents (dry matter, monosaccharides total sugars) storage were conducted. Magnesium was applied in doses 0, 45 90 kg MgO ha –1 the form 3% sprays during intensive growth carrot. The tested belonged to five cultivars: medium-late Berjo late Flacoro, Karotan, Koral Perfekcja, all characterized by good shelf life. yields depended a cultivar magnesium. Flacoro gave highest 60.82 t cv. Karotan – lowest (51.40 ). application cultivation caused significant increase root about 4.2 8.7%, respectively. content dry reducing sugars determined immediately after harvest six months storage. Regardless experimental factors, contained amount matter (138.7 g ), (25.2 ) (76.8 based fresh matter. Increasing led analyzed roots. most successful dose , which increment sugars.
