摘要: Enzymes are adsorbed on an adsorbent powder in aqueous medium and a water-miscible monomer is added thereto, said polymerized to form porous gel lump through which substrate solution can freely pass. The thus formed enzyme composition has long-lasting activity the enzymes be easily separated from reaction system used repeatedly.
