摘要: Enzyme immobilization is carried out be adding to a suspension of polysaccharide in aqueous medium, vinyl monomer and an enzyme, then catalyst comprising metallic salt, irradiating the resulting mixture with ultraviolet light cause polymerization form copolymer having enzymatic activity. The salt preferably ferric methylacrylate, glycidylmethacrylate, acrylonitride, bis-acyloylpiperazine or symmetrical N, N', N"-trisacryloyl-hexahydrotriazine.
