摘要: Immobilized enzyme-polysaccharide graft copolymer products are prepared by hydrolyzing a polysaccharide and then contacting the hydrolyzed with an enzyme to immobilize on copolymer. The copolymer-enzyme retain large quantities of active enzyme, activity is retained over long periods use. In case glucoamylase immobilized in accordance method invention, improved yield glucose from starch obtained.
