摘要: Provided are a method of producing retinal pigment epithelial cells, with which the differentiation-induction efficiency cells from pluripotent stem can be improved and highly pure obtained in short time through simple operation; culture for stably grown cultured; toxicity/drug efficacy evaluation employing useful transplant therapy; disease therapeutic drug.
