摘要: The production of high quality retinal pigmented epithelium (RPE) cells is necessary for research and potential therapeutic uses. Especially desirable are methods the RPE using xeno-free culture conditions. Disclosed herein novel from pluripotent with yields, including methods. Also provided efficiently isolating cultures containing heterogeneous cell types, allowing substantially pure to be established. Additionally, cryopreservation provided.
