摘要: The uptake of Tc-99m-diphosphonate was studied topographically and quantitatively on 258 diseased hips. For many hips, bone scintigraphy provides items information that complement the clinical, radiological, biological data, with which it should always be compared. localization, extent, intensity differ greatly according to hip disorder studied, depend not only cause lesion but also its stage evolution. Bone can shed light etiologic diagnosis a painful at beginning evolution, before definite roentgenographic signs appear, thanks some very precise characteristics uptake, this is case for transient osteoporosis hip, aseptic osteonecrosis, Legg-Perthes disease, early arthritis joint, stress fractures femoral neck or pubic rami.
