摘要: The appearance of the lungs a cystic fibrosis (CF) patient at post mortem is typically one consolidation, with areas bronchiectasis filled mucopurulent material and mucus plugging small airways (Yankaskas et al., 2004). upper respiratory tract have increased secretion production, whilst in lower there production an increase sputum. This sputum usually thick tenacious, becoming thicker more abundant during exacerbation leading to progressive lung damage. It therefore essential that patients CF process airway clearance enhanced, where needed, attempt reduce these long-term effects.
