摘要: Coagulase-negative staphylococci (CoNS) belong to saprophytic microbiota on the skin and mucous membranes of warm-blooded animals humans, but are also isolated from foodstuffs such as meat, cheese, milk. In other circumstances, some CoNS can act pathogens. Thus presence may not be an immediate danger public health, become a risk factor. particular antibiotic-resistant genes could transferred potentially pathogenic microorganisms. Furthermore, known strong biofilm producers this is factor for health. The aim present work was determine genotypic phenotypic profiles 106 belonging four different species five Italian cheeses adhesion virulence features. order verify possible correlation between formation staphylococcal factors, we checked adhesin by PCR investigated ability these strains make at temperatures. in conditions, analyzed surface proteins autolytic pattern selected strains. conclusion, norA mecA responsible fluoroquinolones methicillin resistance, respectively. We found resistant proportion food isolates amounts 9.4% (mecA) 5.7% (norA). These data support importance continuously examine only creation database safeguard
