摘要: The behaviour of a semiconductor laser in which two photon modes exist above threshold is analysed using the rate equations. This paper classifies different qualitative mode competition by single parameterγ. simplified analysis, neglecting electronic diffusion sufficient to explain experimentalL/I characteristics weak and strong polarization lasers were previously treated theoretically power distribution model.
