摘要: A sequencing batch apparatus being manually or automatically operated for treating a contaminated water is described. The present invention specifically relates to the comprising an inlet pipe, reactor, chemical feeder means, at least one mixing coarse bubble distribution fine liquid discharge and sludge means required treatment, further alternatively gas moving flow meter, enclosure purification air emission control upon demand. system recovering precious metal, controlling optimum pH in acid range, reducing hexavalent chromium trivalent chromium, base oxidizing cyanide, destroying phosphite, separating flocs, exchanging metals, adsorbing contaminants, neutralizing effluent, emission. treated effluent can be safely discharged into receiving water. waste sludges, ashes spent adsorbents containing PCB, other toxic organics are disposed of by cementation solidification.
