摘要: Abstract A neutral polysaccharide MP-1 was isolated and purified from Mosla chinensis Maxim. cv. Jiangxiangru. The average molecular weight 587.53 kDa it composed of glucose, galactose, arabinose, mannose rhamnose in a molar ratio 16.02:10.01:4.92:4.62:2.23, trace fucose. Partial characterization elucidated by methylation analysis. 1,4-Glc p (31.76%), followed 1,2-Rha (17.11%), 1,2,4-Rha (6.47%), 1,3,4-Gal (5.05%), 1,4-Man (3.61%), 1,2,4-Man (2.55%), 1,5-Ara f (3.10%) 1,4,6-Glc (1.53%). branching points were located at O-2, O-4 or O-6 with α-Ara (4.01%), α-Rha (4.31%), α-Fuc (2.39%), β-Gal (11.02%) β-Glc (4.04%) as terminal residues. exhibited dose-dependent enhancement antioxidant assays this study.
