摘要: The drift mobilities of electrons and holes in metal‐free lead phthalocyanine were measured using a transient space‐charge‐limited‐current method time‐of‐flight method. found to be the range 0.05–0.1 cm2/V·sec for 0.6–4.0 phthalocyanine. Fast trapping carriers bulk emptying traps at surface under illumination observed.
