摘要: Electrical conductivity and magneto resistance effect of Ni, Cu, Zn metal free phthalocyanine single crystals were investigated. The electrical the activation energy in expressed by following equations \begin{aligned} \sigma{=}Ne\mu_{D}\exp\left(\frac{\varDelta S}{2k}\right)\exp\left(-\frac{E}{2kT}\right), \end{aligned} E{=}I_{G}-2P. values was calculated from these using polarization mobility estimated effect.
