摘要: Although crystalline samples of aromatic substances low molecular weight show a temperature variable conductivity which obeys the law σ=σo exp (–Eact/kT), values Eact and σo vary over an extremely wide range poor reproducibility. A re-investigation problem using zone-refined single crystals powders benzene derivatives, naphthalene, acenaphthalene anthracene (fitted with guard rings) shows that majority current flows along surface. Furthermore, exact observed on given specimen are strongly influenced by form specimens. Charge carrier (positive hole) injection is discussed as possible rate determining-step in conduction process.
