摘要: Abstract Since natural estrogens such as 17 β -estradiol (E2) and estrone (E1) are excreted daily by humans, E2 E1, which classified inevitable endocrine-disrupting chemicals, always present in sewage wastewater. For several years, the monitoring removal of at treatment plants have been examined many investigators. However, little is known regarding exact behavior actual when contact with activated sludge. In this study, fate E1 a result adsorption decomposition batch mixing experiments using municipal wastewater sludge collected from an plant was investigated. Estrogen concentrations were determined enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit. removed liquid phase sludge, adsorbed on decomposed 4 h. Significant changes not observed low temperatures or different samples used those acclimatized to low-loading high-loading conditions. contrast, processes leading estrogens, inactivated sterilizing Natural adsorb onto therefore easy be biodegraded. biological reaction process, therefore, will rapidly initial stage, satisfactorily mixed
