摘要: Very few investigations of the concentrations estrogens in effluents urban drainage systems and receiving river water areas with constructed sewerage have been conducted. In this study, an system onsite wastewater treatment plant, were monitored for six months. The 17β-estradiol (E2) determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Most present dissolved fraction water. E2, which exists natural waters according to many reports, accounted 24% has 4.7±3.0 ng·l-1 (n=6) 8.6±5.8ng·l-1 respectively. E2 two three times higher than upstream levels. addition, ammonium showed a very high correlation (r=0.986) all samples, suggesting that increase was due presence human excrement system.
