摘要: The lung is a complex organ and the eventual understanding of physiologic or pathologic changes at cellular molecular level requires that we understand how individual cell types interact with their environment. In this chapter various in vitro systems are reviewed which have been developed for pulmonary cells tissues strengths weaknesses considered.
