摘要: The oleaginous yeast Yarrowia lipolytica has been extensively studied due to its capacity accumulate great amounts of lipids triggered by the excess carbon source and limitation nitrogen. However, under these conditions this can also produce citric acid, which decreases lipid conversion yield. Few dynamical models are only available describe metabolism based on mass balances different kinetic configurations. Nevertheless, cybernetic modeling allowed extending optimization through inclusion internal regulation identify controlling steps metabolic fluxes. In present work a dynamic model was developed applied with two variations, compared experimental data carried out in fed-batch cultures Y. glucose as source. Two independent sets regarding nitrogen deficiency were used for parameter estimation. Results show good fit parameters describing dynamics acid production.
