摘要: Abstract The charge-transfer mechanism proposed by Salem for the sudden polarization effect is substantiated and extended to intervalence (mixed-valence) systems. processes in two cases are considered be of a similar nature, that both involve pair near-degenerate electronic levels. motion described set resonance structures (nonstationaly state) an extreme case present process.
