摘要: By a treatment with solution of detergent, subsequent sedimentation and centrifugation faeces samples taken from 12 growing female pigs were divided into: fraction A (coarse particles), B (finer C (bacteria fraction). N-, AA- diamino pimelic acid (DAP) analyses as well microscopic carried out the complete fractions. means fractioning, 55% faecal N 80% DAP could be concentrated in C, contained approximately 23% 20% DAP. From DAP: quotient which was 65 mg DAP/g N, quota nearly 70% bacteria-N total calculated.
